THE POOL AND GARDENS

MAS DU PARC is situated just off the N9, at the end of a private drive. The house is
in the countryside but only 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Pezenas. Car parking is
off-road, with secure storage for surfboards, trailers, etc. We enjoy extensive views
of surrounding vineyards, and the River Peyne flows past the apartments to join the River
Herault about half a kilometre away.

Each apartment has a private terrace for dining "al fresco" (making use of individual
BBQ), enjoying the excellent wines and local produce.

Our swimming pool - approximately 11 metres by 5 metres - is solar heated and is bordered
on two sides by extensive sunbathing terraces furnished with sunbeds and chairs. We also
have a children's paddling pool - size - available on request.

The garden has established shrubs and plenty of trees providing areas of shade equipped
with seats and tables, and provides a haven which some of our guests are reluctant to
leave ..........
