CAZOULS APARTMENT

Positioned at the near end of the building, Cazouls is for 2 people and has a private
terrace (15 sq metres) leading into the apartment. The terrace is furnished with garden
table and chairs, parasol, etc, and overlooks your individual BBQ. It's a pleasant setting
for breakfast in the early morning sunshine (and lunch and dinner!) with views towards the
River Peyne which flows past the house.

On entering the apartment a short hallway with large modern bathroom to the right (shower,
handbasin, toilet, washing machine, clothes airer, etc) opens onto the main open plan area
which is 27 sq metres and has high exposed beam ceiling. Being built of stone, the house
provides a welcoming cool contrast to the heat outdoors, and Cazouls is especially light
and airy.

The modern kitchen area comprises double bowl sink, worktops with built-in electric hob,
microwave oven/grill, electric kettle and full-size fridge. The apartment is fully equipped for
2 people, with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils etc.

The L-shaped living area has a large sofa, dining table and chairs, and other furniture.
We now provide a DVD/CD player so you may like to bring some of your favourite music
or films with you. We also have a selection of books and indoor games.

The sleeping area in Cazouls apartment is on a raised platform with large window looking
towards trees and vineyards. As well as the double bed, there is a clothes storage rack,
chest of drawers, bedside table, hairdryer and electric fan.
