CAUX APARTMENT

Positioned next to Cazouls apartment, Caux is for 4 people and has a private terrace (20 sq metres) furnished with garden table and chairs, parasol and other furniture, and which overlooks the individual BBQ. It's a pleasant setting for breakfast in the early morning sunshine (and lunch and dinner!) with views towards the River Peyne which flows past the house.

French windows lead into the kitchen dining area (15 sq m) and hallway. Being built of stone, the house provides a welcoming cool contrast to the heat outdoors. The modern kitchen has exposed beams and comprises sink, gas cooker, microwave oven and full-size fridge washing machine, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons, with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.

In the living area is a sofa, table and chairs, bookcase and other furniture. We now provide a DVD/CD player so you may like to bring some of your favourite music or films with you. We also have a selection of books and indoor games.

To the right up 2 steps, and with a window (90cm x 60xcm) looking onto the terrace is a bedroom (9 sq m) with exposed beams and furnished with twin beds, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rack, electric fan and bedside tables.

Opposite the french windows at the entrance to the apartment is a short hallway with the large modern bathroom on the left (shower, toilet, handbasin, clothes airer etc).

Straight ahead is the main front bedroom with french windows giving views towards the vineyards. As well as the double bed, there is a handbasin, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rack, dressing table, bedside tables, hairdryer and electric fan.
