CASTELNAU APARTMENT

Positioned at the far end of the house, Castelnau is for 4 people and has a large private
terrace (24 sq metres) furnished with garden table and chairs, and other furniture.
The terrace looks over the shaded garden, pool and vineyards and has an individual BBQ. It's a
pleasant setting for breakfast in the early morning sunshine (and lunch and dinner!).

Double doors open directly into the living area of this apartment which is 44 sq metres with high exposed beam ceiling. Being built of stone, the house provides a welcoming cool contrast to the heat outdoors. The living area is furnished with a leather three-piece suite, dining table and chairs, and other furniture. We now provide a DVD/CD player so you may like to bring some of your favourite music or films with you.

The modern kitchen has exposed beams and comprises sink, gas cooker and extractor
fan, microwave oven and full-size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric kettle.
The apartment is fully equipped for 4 persons, and extensive cupboards with tiled worktops
contain crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.

The modern shower-room has a shower cubicle, handbasin and toilet, clothes airer etc.

To the right of the living area and with French windows looking onto the outside paddling
pool is a bedroom (9 sq m) with wash handbasin, and furnished with a double bed, large walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric fan and hairdryer.

The second bedroom (9 sq metres) is furnished with twin beds, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rack and electric fan.
