SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY APARTMENTS for 2/4 persons, HEATED POOL, within 5 minutes' walk of Pezenas in sunny southern France...

Our house is situated in the countryside, just off the N9, and does not have neighbours, yet it is only five minutes' walk into the medieval town of Pezenas - famed for its historic architecture, art and craft workshops and antiques centres, and lively Saturday market.

Mas du Parc was originally built in 1800 and has since been converted to provide four private apartments, each with ground floor access and magnificent views of vineyards, gardens and swimming pool or riverbank.

The accommodation has a distinct Mediterranean feel, with sunny decor and furnishings combined with modern, fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Named after local villages, all rooms are on one level with Cazouls (sleeps 2) being an open plan design. We occupy about a quarter of the building and have our own access from the front of the house.

The popular swimming pool - 10 metres by 5 metres (approx.) - is solar heated and we have extensive sunbathing terraces as well as shaded areas in the gardens.

We are only 5 minutes' walk from Pezenas and our guests enjoy strolling into the town to choose a restaurant for their evening meal - with everyone able to sample the wine without worrying about driving home - browse the shops, inspect the variety of architecture, keep in touch at the internet cafe, or sit in one of the many bars watching the world go by....
